About Yoga Events at MyT

Yoga Events at MyT of what it is like to work one-on-one with a skilled yoga instructor. Virtual private, 1-on-1 yoga instruction is just as effective as group classes, but it’s more affordable & accessible to most people, especially those with anxiety around large groups of people or limited time in their day.

Yoga teaches us how to manage our emotions and thoughts, which in turn helps prevent and heal physical pain and disease. Yoga’s ancient philosophies and practices offer maps of the human body as well as the soul, and teach us to cultivate the heart as a muscle that can strengthen with the regular practice of asana, breath work & meditation.
